Merry Mingle Tree Lighting and Bingo

Details: Free Family Event. Help us kick off this year's Festival of Trees! Bring the family to witness the lighting of this year's beautiful display of trees! We will honor the memory of those loved ones that have been lost by reading their names and ornaments will be presented to family members to enjoy on their tree at home. GET YOUR MEMORIAL IN NOW. WITH ANY DONATION, YOUR LOVED ONE IS HONORED. GO TO THE LIGHT THE TREE IN LOVING MEMORY TAB NOW TO COMPLETE THE SIMPLE FORM. A hot chocolate bar will be available during games of family bingo!

Tea in the Trees

Date: Saturday, November 29, 2025

Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tickets: $25 single / $175 table of 8

Details: The hostess/host purchases a table for $175 and decorates it with their own linens, dinnerware, centerpiece and tea set (set up can start at 9 a.m.). This can be simple or as elaborate as you would like! They then invite up to 7 of their friends to enjoy a tea complete with entertainment from a Cody United Methodist Chapel Bell Choir and Yellowstone Harmony Chorus. There will be a basket auction and games as well as prizes for tables! Multi-generational tables are highly encouraged!! The board will also have several tables available for single attendees as well.

Brunch with Santa

Date: Sunday, November 30, 2025

Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tickets: $10/adult, children eat free

Details: Free ticket for kids with a paid adult. Tickets are $10/adult. Get your kids' pictures taken with Santa during this event. Enjoy books and games hosted by Park County Library!

Bedtime Story and Cookies with Mrs. Claus

Date: Monday, December 1, 2025

Time: 6:30 PM

Details: Free event! Pajamas, blankets and stuffies are encouraged as we have sleepy-time stories read from Mrs. Claus. Cookies and milk will be provided. Two lucky children will go home with a basket full of new books, games, puzzles and goodies!

Fashion Show

Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2025

Time: 6:30 PM

Tickets: $25 single / $175 table of 8

Details: ALMOST SOLD OUT! One of the most popular events of the Festival of Trees! Make sure to get your tickets soon as this event is nearly sold out! The evening will feature locals modeling current looks from Park County stores and designers! Tickets are $25/person or $175/table of 8 (which includes 2 bottles of wine). Charcuterie and desserts included. Cash wine bar. Doors open at 6:00 pm to allow time to meander through the trees with a glass of wine. Fashion show will start at 6:30 pm. Don’t miss the Mystery Bag Sale—every bag contains a prize valued between $20–$100! Plus, one lucky attendee will win a $200 gift certificate to their choice of one of the featured stores!

Feast of the Festival

Details: This ticketed event is another popular event! so get your tickets soon! $50/person or $350/table. Doors will open with a bar and music at 6:00 pm. Grab a drink at the cash bar and view the beautiful display of trees! Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm by Cody Pardners. We will have presentations from our two nonprofits, Bright Futures Mentoring and Bears of Honor. We will then auction off two trees made by the nonprofits especially for the dinner. Join us for a fun chance to win a gun! Thanks to our many sponsors Quality Brands, Brewgards, Big Horn Foods, the many bakers, and more, all money raised tonight will be split between Bright Futures Mentoring and Bears of Honor!

Adults Only Merry Mingle and Bingo
